International Cargo policy

We are delighted to offer international shipping to many countries worldwide! Below you will find important information about our export shipping process, rates, delivery estimates, customs responsibilities, and more.

1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to most countries worldwide, excluding restricted or embargoed destinations (e.g., countries under international sanctions). For a full list of supported countries and any restrictions, please check at checkout or contact our support team. We reserve the right to refuse service to certain countries or addresses for compliance or operational reasons.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Türkiye).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Türkiye time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time (clearly stated on the product page).

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with reliable international carriers for export shipments, including:

  • PTT Kargo / Turkish Post (for economical micro-export shipments)
  • DHL Express / FedEx / UPS (for faster delivery)
  • AramexTNT, or other regional partners depending on destination
  • Navlungo

Shipping method is selected based on order value, weight, destination, and customer preference at checkout (where available).


4. Shipping Rates & Calculation

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Package weight and dimensions
    • Destination country / shipping zone
    • Selected shipping method

5. Delivery Times Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are approximate. They do not include processing time, customs clearance delays, or force majeure events. Typical transit times (after dispatch):

  • Express: 3–7 business days
  • Standard/Economy: 7–15 business days

6. Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (Important – Buyer Responsibility)

  • For international orders, the buyer (recipient) is responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and any other government-imposed charges in the destination country.
  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid terms).
  • We generally ship under micro-export rules (ETGB – Elektronik Ticaret Gümrük Beyanı) for packages up to 150 kg and 15,000 € in value per shipment (Turkish export regulations as of 2026).
  • In some cases and for eligible countries, we may offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service where we pre-collect estimated duties & taxes (shown at checkout if available).
  • We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs inspection, incorrect declarations by the buyer, or prohibited/restricted items in the destination country.

7. Tracking A tracking number is provided via email/SMS once the order ships. Track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

8. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Items We do not ship certain restricted or prohibited items internationally (e.g., liquids over certain volumes, batteries under special conditions, weapons, perishables without certification, etc.). Please review product pages or contact us for clarification.


9. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • For damaged items, please provide photos and report within 7 days of receipt.
  • We work with carriers to resolve issues; compensation is subject to carrier policies and our Return Policy.

10. Returns for International Orders International returns are accepted only for defective/wrong items (see our Return & Refund Policy). Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
